Southeast Asia’s only Michelin-starred classic Indian restaurant, The Song of India, is putting up an extravagant Christmas brunch affair that is all but traditional.

Must-try dishes at the Festive Brunch Buffet include the Tandoori Turkey Kebabs and Sufiyani Turkey Dum Biryani, a distinctively-flavoured dish specially created by Chef Manjunath Mural for the festive occasion.

If you prefer a less rambunctious meal in black-and-white house, opt for the four-course set menu, featuring dishes like the creamy Chicken Butternut Squash Soup with the aroma of five spice and The Song of India’s signature saffron rice with meats like Malmali Lamb Seekh.
