It has also been revealed that Michelin-starred chef Manjunath Mural will be bringing his distinct Asian-Indian gastronomy to Brisbane in a unique partnership with Malt Dining’s Nick Pinn and Saffron Restaurant’s Sridhar Penumechu. Expect to indulge in contemporary cuisine using traditional Indian techniques refreshed with contemporary Australian flavours.
