Heritij is the name of the new Asian Indian fusion restaurant at Brisbane Quarter expected to open mid-year. A modern play on the word Heritage, Heritij will be led by Michelin-starred Chef Manjunath Mural who has teamed up with his long-time friend Sridhar Penumechu and Malt Dining’s Nick Pinn. Situated on the second floor of the Brisbane Quarter with an expansive terrace overlooking the Brisbane River, the restaurant will offer fine dining with distinctive Asian-Indian gastronomy blended with Australian flavours. Housed inside the restaurant will be a destination bar conceptualised by Mr Pinn with a new take on street food, sizeable cocktail menu, and a focus on exclusive American whisky blends. Opening soon.
